The HOSPITALITY has always been key in my life. I grew up between stoves and tablecloths in my family's restaurant and my studies have always been focused on the different branches of hospitality, although I prefer the SALA and the world of WINE, which are my specialties.
I have been fortunate enough to work and learn in some of the best restaurants in Spain and I feel truly fortunate to be able to dedicate myself to what I am passionate about.
