Pastry Chef at Ave Pastelería

Although she studied a master's degree in Management and Marketing, this French-Lebanese woman is totally in love with pastry.

After entering the sector as a product manager, in charge of marketing, store openings and campaigns for companies such as Valrhona, Pierre Hermé or Angelina Paris, she decided to take the plunge and study a technical degree in pastry at the Ferrandi school in Paris with the idea of being able to develop her own products. In 2021 he opened AVE in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, where the star product is fine pastries, more specifically the French butter croissant.
