Born in Pamplona (Spain), she grew up in a family bakery. After studying at the school of arts, she began her studies in gastronomic restoration (cooking and pastry). As a student, in 2005 she received the award for the best national pastry work in Spain.
She has recently been recognized as the World's Best Pastry Chef.
