Sommelier at Hotel Melia Paradisus

Winner of the Ruinart Sommelier Challenge 2023 and current sommelier at the Hotel Meliá Paradisus Gran Canaria (Spain), he has extensive international experience as sommelier and A&B director in Shanghai (China), after working at establishments such as elWillygroup, Dr Wine /Dr Beer or Sabor by Diego Guerrero. 

Among his extensive training, the "Level 3 Awards in Wines" issued by the Wine & Spirit Education Trust, Court of Master Sommeliers, as well as numerous monographic courses in agri-food products, fermented products, wines and spirits stand out.
