Mauricio Giovanini cooks for diners like him, with restless palates, always ready to try something new. This Argentinean based in Marbella, image and ambassador of his country, creates his cuisine from the liquid part of the ingredients. The juices have been the maximum exponent in Messina, one of the best kitchens in the country.
In 2016 he got his first Michelin star in Messina restaurant, which also has a Sun of the Repsol Guide. In 2012 he was awarded Best Restaurant in Malaga and in 2013 Best Chef by the Gastronomic Academy of Malaga.
