Coming from a farming family, he is a pest technician for the Ministry of Agriculture of the Government of the Canary Islands, but he is primarily a master cheese maker, one of the main experts in cheese making in the Canary Islands. He has participated in training and advising a multitude of producers and dairies of different sizes. He is continuously deploying workshops, tastings and informative activity with children and adults in any of the Islands, in congresses and in many events throughout the state in international environments, where he is a recognized personality. Open-minded proclaims the direct contact with the producer, whether farmer or cheesemaker, know and attend their work, their careful work with livestock feed, as well as all the steps that take place in the process, therefore boasts a respect for the person behind the product as this is its author, which gives identity and difference. He vehemently postulates the value of livestock as a factor of sustainability, including for the territory, for the prevention of fires and other disasters that sometimes ravage our islands.
