After more than 40 years and three generations in the same building in the town of Humanes, what was once the Sandoval family's restaurant and family restaurant has taken a step forward and changed its setting in order to grow. With 2 Michelin stars, 3 M in the Metrópoli Guide and 3 Repso Suns.l, the Coque restaurant has opened its doors in the heart of Madrid, in a 1,100m2 space where illusions, dreams and respect can fit. Mario, Rafael and Diego Sandoval, the third generation, have devised the space they wanted, each applying their own preferences and skills, always under the overall supervision of designer Jean Porsche.
