Pablo Sacerdotte, was born in Argentina about 40 years ago, of which he has worked more than half of them in gastronomic projects. About 10 years ago he took, together with my wife, the decision to fly higher in the world of wine and moved to Barcelona. It was here when I started working in reference restaurants, such as ABaC (3***Michelin, 3 Soles Repsol), where I started as assistant sommelier and ended up as director for about 6 years. Currently I am part of the great gastronomic project that the Torres brothers have in Les Corts. Torres Brothers Kitchen (3*** Michelin, 3 Soles Repsol). It is a before and after in my professional life where I find a more evolved Pablo, with clearer ideas, leading a first line team that still has a long and fun way to go. It should be noted that wine accompanies me every day in the restaurants, where I have to interpret, together with the team of Sommeliers, what the customer needs.
