Farmer at Extiercol

The project will be developed in a Malaga village of 1,595 inhabitants, at the gateway to the Serranía de Ronda and the province of Cádiz. The aim is to demonstrate that encouraging the consumption of local products, creating a recipe book to cook what the land provides, and paying a fair price for food both for agricultural and livestock producers and consumers, can transform the future.

EXTIERCOL, EXperiences in COLLECTIVE LANDS, is a different way of understanding human relations between producer/consumer. It is to produce food in an ecological, local, seasonal, healthy and coherent way with the care of the Earth.
