Born in Jerez de la Frontera and trained at the School of Hotel Management of Cadiz, Israel Ramos makes a firm commitment to the cuisine of proximity product, in the first gastronomic restaurant in Jerez de la Frontera, defending at all costs the wines of the Framework, which he incorporates naturally to his creations. His menu revolves around the wines of small producers in the Jerez area, from which, in some cases, he acquires the entire production in advance.
