Chef at Qué Leche!

Jennise Ferrari, a Venezuelan living in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, runs and cooks at the restaurant Qué leche. Ferrari was born in Venezuela and later left to study cooking in Argentina.

It was during the completion of a master's degree at the Basque Culinary Center where she began to forge a gastronomic restaurant that since its opening in 2014 has been on everyone's lips. The rise of this chef who defines her work as a versatile and dynamic style that projects her gastronomic experiences with Latin, Asian and Mediterranean influences.
